Tax transparency · Devil Club
Who prepares your taxes, and with what scope
Full transparency about our tax preparation: what we do, with which credentials, what we don't cover, and how you approve every return before it's filed.
Who prepares your forms
- Your 1120 pro-forma + 5472 forms are prepared by our tax team, registered with the IRS under a PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number).
- We do not present ourselves as "licensed tax advisors": a PTIN is an IRS preparer registration, not an EA or CPA license. We're precise on purpose.
- For complex cases (multi-member, U.S.-connected activity, or non-standard situations) we recommend a licensed professional; our Complex Tax Filing tier covers that.
What Devil does vs. what you (or your professional) do
Devil Club
- Prepares 1120 pro-forma + 5472 (and FBAR/BE-13 where applicable).
- Files each form through its official channel only after your approval.
- Currency converter, digital signature and internal human review.
You (or your professional)
- Review and formally approve each return before filing.
- Are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide or validate.
- Seek licensed advice for your personal or complex situation.
What we do NOT guarantee (in plain terms)
- We are not licensed tax advisory and do not replace a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
- We do not guarantee the absence of IRS, FinCEN or BEA penalties on data you provided or approved.
- We never auto-file anything with the IRS: without your explicit approval, nothing is sent.
How you approve each return before filing
- We prepare your 1120 pro-forma + 5472 with your LLC's data.
- We present it for review in your panel.
- You formally approve (or request changes).
- Only then is it filed through the official channel: IRS for 1120/5472, FinCEN (BSA) for the FBAR, BEA for the BE-13.
Informational content: describes our service scope, not tax or legal advice. It does not replace a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
