Governance Ledger
The dated record of your LLC's decisions.
If the IRS, your home-country tax authority, or any regulator comes knocking, every material LLC decision is already documented: ratified expenses, signed contracts, justified strategic moves — all sealed with an immutable cryptographic fingerprint. You don't start from scratch: you have a prior record to explain what happened.

Every entry is anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain
Via SHA-256 and OpenTimestamps, every resolution is sealed with an immutable cryptographic proof. Anyone can verify it at devil.club/verify. The seal proves the file existed on that date and has not changed since; it does not certify the truthfulness, legality or tax treatment of its content.
Everything the Governance Ledger documents
Every category of business decision documented and timestamped — so you never have to justify anything from memory.
Operating Expenses
Every expense ratified with amount, bank, and justification. If anyone asks "why did you pay this?", the answer is already signed.
Capital Contributions
Documented as formal corporate decisions, with their resolution and context — not as loose transfers without explanation.
Distributions
Every owner distribution with proof of solvency. You show that the LLC could afford it — not that you pulled money without oversight.
Document Signing
Contracts and agreements signed by the Manager on behalf of your LLC. In the contracts covered by the mandate, the Manager is the authorized signer — and every signature is recorded with a timestamp.
Strategic Decisions
Expansions, pivots, hires — documented with context, date and ratification. Evidence of recorded governance activity, not of effective management.
Intercompany Transfers
Movements between entities documented with corporate justification, so none is left as an unexplained operation.
Lucy Proposals
The Manager ecosystem AI analyzes your data and proposes governance actions directly in the Ledger. You approve, the Manager ratifies, and you execute with complete documentary backing.
