One client with an error-free registered LLC is worth more than five rushed registrations. Tests, type-checks, rollback plans.
Bilateral review before merge
Every change goes through human + AI review. Nobody merges alone. Egos are left out of the PR.
Transparent compensation
Public range per role. No informal negotiations rewarding the loudest voice. Same work, same pay.
Real ownership, not performance
Every person has an area with decision autonomy. If you need each commit validated, this isn't your place. If you make decisions and defend the trade-offs, welcome.
