Questions about the reviews and the process
Yes. Only clients who have completed at least one service with Devil Club can leave a review. Reviews are tied to a real order and reviewed before publishing. We do not accept anonymous or paid reviews.
We ask you to wait until your LLC is formed or your service is complete so you have a full view of the process. Once complete, you'll receive an email with the link to leave your rating.
We rate 4 dimensions: result, communication clarity, support, and process ease. The overall score is the average of those four dimensions per review.
Yes. Go to /miembros/review/ and submit again: the system updates your review (one per client). If you want to remove it entirely, write to [email protected] with your email and we'll take it down.
Once a review is published, we generate a SHA-256 hash and anchor it to the Bitcoin blockchain via OpenTimestamps. As soon as it's confirmed in a block, the review gets the gold seal with the block number. It can no longer be altered without leaving a public trail.
