What we do, verifiable.
Compliance isn't counted, it's proven. This page gathers what anyone —you, your accountant or an authority— can independently verify about how we operate: documents that can be checked without trusting us, the filings we handle, and the commitments we stand behind. No marketing numbers.
Verifiable by anyone
Every document, anchored on Bitcoin
Every document we issue is cryptographically sealed and anchored on the Bitcoin blockchain (OpenTimestamps). You don't have to take our word for it: the date and contents stay independently verifiable, by anyone and forever. Verify a document →
The filings we handle for you
The federal ones that actually apply to a non-resident LLC
We take care of FBAR (FinCEN 114), BEA (BE-13) and 1120 + 5472. Nothing is sent to the IRS without your approval. And we tell you when something does not apply —we don't invent paperwork— instead of charging you for it.
And the state one, where it applies
The Franchise Tax is a state obligation, not federal: Delaware LLCs pay it every year (by June 1); New Mexico has none. We file it where it's due and we tell you when it does not apply.

This page describes how we operate and which filings we manage; it is not individualized tax or legal advice. Your specific obligations depend on your case.
