Low-cost DIY formation with a solid Registered Agent. If you don't want ongoing compliance or hand-holding and manage your own filings, it's an honest, cheap option.
Stripe Atlas · Delaware C-Corp
If you're chasing VCs, your vehicle is a Delaware C-Corp (preferred shares, option pool, what investors expect) — not an LLC. Stripe Atlas or a venture firm fits better.
doola · Firstbase
Solid formation + back-office platforms for founders who operate in English and want an all-in-one dashboard in that language. If Spanish and close hand-holding aren't your priority, they fit well.

When NOT to choose us — or almost anyone
You have real US activity you haven't analyzed
US employees, a warehouse, an office, physical presence or effective operation in the country change your tax situation (possible US trade or business / state nexus). Don't set up the structure without a prior tax analysis — and in your case, that analysis comes before us and before any provider.
We're not attorneys, CPAs or EAs
We prepare and file your federal returns and give you the information to decide, but if you need a binding tax opinion on your personal situation, a licensed professional signs that — and we tell you when it's needed.
An LLC alone doesn't erase your taxes
If you're a tax resident in your country, your personal tax obligation still exists under the law of your residence — the LLC is a structure and compliance tool, not a trick to avoid filing. If that's what you're after, you'll be disappointed with us and with your tax authority.
Opacity isn't what we sell
We work with traceability: an auditable Governance Ledger, documents with a verifiable hash, FBAR and BEA when they apply. If what you want is a structure to hide ownership or funds, we're not your provider — and besides, that route protects against almost nothing today.
Not a fit for "Devil Club"?
