Compliance isn't a marketing line: it's what you say you'll do and can then prove you did. These are the commitments we answer for — public and dated, so the client, their accountant and any authority know exactly where we stand.
The right set: FBAR + BEA, never BOIR
We apply the federal obligations that actually reach a non-resident LLC —FBAR and BEA— and we tell you when something doesn't apply. We don't invent filings: since 2025 FinCEN exempts US companies from the beneficial-ownership registry, so we don't file it or charge you for it.
Substance, not appearance
We document the operational reality of your company —governance, decisions, income, expenses— not a façade. If there's no substance, we say so; we don't manufacture paper to look like something it isn't.
Dated and sealed, not backdatable
Every document carries a SHA-256 hash + timestamp, verifiably anchored. The proof that something existed on a date doesn't rest on our word: it can be checked.
Not one promise we can't keep
We don't guarantee outcomes before the IRS, the AEAT or any agency —no honest party can—. We guarantee the process: that the documentation is complete, correct and on time. The outcome is decided by the authority on well-documented facts.
We're not your lawyer or your tax advisor
Devil Club is not a law firm or a licensed tax practice. We document and maintain the US structure; we coordinate with the client's advisor in their country, we don't replace them. Each in their lane.
The truth or silence
If we don't cover a point, we say so; if a coverage doesn't exist, we don't claim it. We'd rather stay silent on a point than invent it. You'll never read a credential or a filing here that we don't have.
